First time in Cap and not sure how to spend your day? Don\u2019t worry – we\u2019ve got you covered! Here\u2019s how our typical favorite day in Cap d\u2019Agde unfolds, from the moment we wake up to when we finally crash at night.<\/p>

09:00<\/b> \u2013 Start your day with breakfast, either on the balcony of your apartment or at the campsite. If you\u2019re in the mood for something more social, there are plenty of places in town where you can enjoy a French croissant on a terrace.<\/p>

11:00<\/b> \u2013 Time for a coffee at the terrace of Bar 1664<\/b>. Located right below the Heliopolis apartments, this spot is perfect for people-watching, catching up with friends, or recognizing familiar faces from the night before. It\u2019s a great way to ease into the day and soak up the Cap vibe. You can pick up some groceries at the Spar supermarket or a freshly made ready-to-eat meal at the gourmet shop while you\u2019re there.<\/p>

13:00<\/b> \u2013 Now it\u2019s time to decide on your daytime activity, depending on your mood and energy levels. Will you be chilling at the beach, sunbathing at Kamasutra <\/b>or are you ready to dive into the foam party at Glamour Beach<\/b>? Just a heads-up: queuing for this unique event starts around 13:30, and even earlier on Saturdays. If the weather isn\u2019t cooperating, many head to Histoires d\u2019O <\/b>(formerly 2×2) <\/b>an indoor spa with lots of activity day and night.<\/p>

18:00<\/b> \u2013 By now, most people are leaving the foam party or the beach with big smiles on their faces from the day\u2019s fun. This is the perfect time to rest and freshen up. If you\u2019re a member of a swingers platform like SDC<\/b>, Spicy Match <\/b>or JoyClub<\/b>, now\u2019s the time to set your location to Cap d\u2019Agde and check out private parties, balcony drinks (Ap\u00e9ro) or speed dates for the evening.<\/p>

20:00<\/b> \u2013 This is when the restaurants and terraces start filling up. There\u2019s no shortage of great places to eat; La Bohemia<\/b> near the beach and Waiki<\/b> between Port Nature 5 and the Port Nature Village are among our top picks.<\/p>

23:00<\/b> \u2013 The nightlife is starting to warm up, but it\u2019s not quite time for the swinger clubs yet. Most people gather at spots like Melrose Cafe<\/b>, Chez Maxime (Bodega)<\/b>, or O\u2019Lounge<\/b>. These places might look like regular bars, but the atmosphere is anything but! Expect plenty of flirting, sexy pole dancing and an overall erotic vibe.<\/p>

01:00<\/b> \u2013 The swinger clubs like Glamour<\/b>, Crystal<\/b>, Tantra<\/b> and LGBTIQ+ friendly QAKC<\/b> are beginning to fill up with couples and singles ready to party. These clubs stay open until the early morning hours, but as the night goes on, you might also notice disco lights and lasers flickering through apartment windows. These little afterparties are common, but of course, it\u2019s totally fine to head back to your accommodation and get some rest.
